July 7 - Dairy Free and loving it!  Experience dairy free recipes and products to decrease allergies, pain and gut issues.

July 21 - Whole grains your body can use.  Taste and learn the truth about whole grains.  Which ones can your body really use, how to incorporate them into your daily food plan.  Information on gluten and starch intolerance.

August 4 - If you can only do one thing organic, it should be your proteins.  Natural proteins, how much do you need and where do you get protein from?  More great recipes and information to improve your health by changing your food.

August 18 - Changing to a Whole-Food Life.  Menu planning, shopping and eating Well on a budget.


How much does it cost?
First class is $35 and includes class, dinner and workbook with recipes classes after that are $15 per class bring your book to each class!  We use them.

Each class will include dinner!


Couples can share a book but will have to pay the per-class fee.

The First Class you attend is always $35 and includes workbook with recipes, class & meal prepared by a professional organic chef.  Any other classes you attend are $15 if you just drop in with an email registration.  If you pay for the series in advance your per-class fee is $10, saving you $5 per class!

Celeste, I read your entire binder the minute I got home after putting the kids in their daily "quiet time" hour.

Yesterday morning I had a science lab going in my kitchen!! I had all these soaking bowls on the counter. Soaked raw almonds, soaked brown rice, soaked pinto beans and soaked steel cut oats. For lunch, we had homemade chicken soup with the brown rice and it was delicious. No more white rice, right.
